Description: Change Management Consultant (Junior) 1 English resource(s) :RESPONSIBILITIES:Each of the Contractor resources must perform tasks in support of 1 CAD A4 Maintenance Aircraft Maintenance DRMIS and 1 CAD A4 Logistics Systems change management activities within their respective sections. A contractor must perform duties for 1 CAD A4 Maintenance and a second contractor must perform separate duties for 1 CAD A4 Logistics Systems however both may work hand in hand with the same projects and initiatives. In general terms, this means assisting with the development of project documentation and briefings, supporting development of checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to aid in the development, approval, and implementation of processes and activities required to deliver the ADO solution to RCAF squadrons. Tasks may include, but are not limited to the followingProvide the TA with advice or guidance on the plans or process to advance the ADO Project and meet project deliverables and milestonesCoordinate and liaise with other sections within 1 CAD, and also other agencies internal and external to ONO and the GAF as required to support the ADO ProjectProvide general administrative support to the TA, including but not limited toScheduling meetingsSecretarial duties at meetingsMaintaining information on the RCAF ADO SharePoint Site; andDrafting, proofreading, assembling and disseminating written correspondence, such as orders, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, minutes, and relevant project documentation in accordance with proper GAF formatting specified by the TAMaintain ADO Project documentation and recordsMaking all necessary preparations in order to actively participate in any and all meetings convened by the TADevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support ADO Project activities;Develop, monitor and maintain change readiness checklists in support of the roll-out of the ADO program to Wings and Bases across Canada;Provide on-site support to the TA during the pre-rollout planning, rollout, and post-rollout stabilization activities of ADO implementation including but not limited to:Support the TA with training tasksProvide the TA with advice and guidance on training for end users within DND Supply community; andPrepare for and conduct training sessions for trainers; andLiaison with other ADO Project team members to support organizational change management activities;Number of days of employment to be expected is estimated at 255 days for each, one Jr. Maintenance Consultant at A4 Maintenance and one Junior Management Consultant at A4 Log to be included in the contract Basis of Payment.The Contractor's resources should be available on-site five (5) days per week during core hours of operations. Core hours of operation are defined as 0800 to 1600 hours Monday to Friday. Although the Contractor 's resource may work outside of these core hours, a significant volume of work occurs principally during core business hours. Furthermore, access to DND facilities may be limited outside of core hours.QUALIFICATIONSReferenced experience must be demonstrated through documentation that includes contract # with details such as:start and end date of workdescription of services andthe name and either the telephone number or e­ mail address of the organization's contactresponsible for the contractThe Bidder must provide a summary of the scope and key responsibilities of the contract.For the above referenced contract the Bidder must demonstrate at least 3 of the following activities:Project management.Strategic planning.Business analysis.Requirement's analysis. Change management. The resource will have project management experience with project budgets in excess of $25,000,000.00 and integration into diverse teams from multiple organizations within the last 10 years.Valid Federal Government Secret ClearanceDURATION: 1 Year
