Classic LifeCare is a family owned and operated home care company that has been providing the finest home care experience for more than 45 years. We are accredited by Accreditation Canada and have locations in BC and Alberta.

Our team in Comox is currently looking to hire someone who is interested in assisting our clients in their homes as well as working in the office to help with administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in helping others live in their homes safely. The hours in the office will be Monday - Friday and the hours and days in the field will be flexible.

The duties of this role may include:

Administrative and Scheduling duties:

  • Receiving incoming phone calls from clients and employees
  • Handling client files
  • Entering client information into our online systems
  • Coordinating client schedules
  • Being part of the after hours on-call rotation

Health Care Worker duties:

  • Assisting clients in their homes with personal care
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal prep
  • Companionship

The ideal candidate will have Health Care Worker experience as well as office experience and be excited to fill a role that involves both types of work. They will display an upbeat attitude and be a team player with a focus on clear communication. They will share our goal of providing the best possible care to our clients while respecting people, choices, and needs.
