Description: Project Manager (Senior) 1 English resource(s) :Define and confirm the objectives for the project, determine budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities and terms of reference for the project team;Lead the development of briefings, solutions and status reports for presentation to executive management.Develop and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholder groups as required;Provide advice to ensure business strategies are developed and implemented;Meet with other organizational executives to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are committed and moving forward on project and organizational goals;Lead working groups and consultations and obtain consensus and reach decisions with respect to recommendations and strategic options pertaining to the project;Provide expert solution and business transformation leadership for the project with all stakeholders;Provide solution and transformation alignment leadership from a project planning perspective;Provide leadership and oversight for implementation an operations, activities, including usage of deliverables necessary to satisfy the methodology, including, but not limited to:Strategic Business Objectives and Critical Success factors;Definition of business competencies, capabilities, value drivers, outcomes and measures, and;Definition of target business model, operating model, and target service model.Provide project oversight during the implementation and operations start-up to ensure that resources are made available and aligned and that the project is developed and is fully operational within previously agreed time, cost and performance parameters, and;Other work as deemed necessary relating to architecture, solutions, commercial products, industry best practices and business transformation.QUALIFICATIONSThe Proposed Resource must have a minimum of 60 months from bid closing date, of experience managing a project during the development,implementation and operational phases to meet the project requirements on a project involving a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week operational mandate that involved 2 or more stakeholders.The Proposed Resource must have a minimum of 60 months from bid closing date, of experience working with Microsoft Project for the purpose of reporting against project milestones.The Proposed Resource must have a minimum of 60 months from bid closing date, of experience inthe development of project-related documentation such as charters, plans and schedules.The Proposed Resource must have a valid Project Management certification.The bidder must demonstrate how the proposed resource possesses a relevant professional certification (PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE2).A readable copy of a valid, unexpired PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2 certificate in English or French must be included with the bid response.DURATION: 1 Year
