* What you'll do*
* Participate in customer-facing and internal projects, while assisting or leading the technical engineering and operationalization of Office 365 solutions
* Troubleshoot performance, redundancy, configuration, and application incidents to resolution
* Cross-train and document new solutions, tools, and practices to team members, the Operations team, and other groups
* Conduct new product/service evaluations for internal publication to management for possible adoption
* Investigate performance and process failures and work to improve them
* *Must-have*
* At least one (1) MS365/Azure certification related to the role
* 6+ months of systems engineering experience in a service provider or large enterprise
* 6+ months of Azure experience with production workloads
* Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development,
* Understanding of DNS, VPN, and networking
* Experience with report generation and presenting results to customers
* Project timeline management skills and customer-facing support experience
* Experience in deployment and implementation of Office 365 applications, including MS Teams and cloud applications
* Experience in deployment and implementation of Windows, including Active Directory
* Some fluency of a programming or scripting language, specifically Powershell
* Nice-to-have*
* Experience in a multi-tenant managed hosting or managed services department
