Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 annually

General Outline of Responsibilities
·         Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments; overall management of operations (budget, staffing, equipment, materials, and processes) at facilities in the USA, Canada, China, and Europe
·         Allocate material, human and financial resources or implement company policies and programs, establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
·         provide leadership and support in the development of relations with customer, supplier, and corporate stakeholders and with RB&W employees at all levels and locations
·         Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
·         work with RB&W partners in the successful development and introduction of new products/product lines
·         work with RB&W personnel to establish a culture of continuous improvement and mutual success
·         Achieve optimum results in efficiencies in all areas including health & safety, customer satisfaction, production, quality, on-time delivery, and operating costs.
·         provide technical and administrative direction to the management team at all facilities
·         Regularly travel regionally and internationally, as required

Required Work Experience
·         10 years of progressive, senior management experience at a global, corporate manufacturer supplying to the automotive industry
·         10 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of metal products using cold forming principles, processes, and technology
·         10 years of experience in the manufacturing of metal fasteners using cold forming
·         5 years of international, business development experience
·         5 years of experience driving the certification, compliance, and recertification processes for ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 (or international equivalents)
Education:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
·         Formal studies in material science/metallurgy
Required Skills
·         Excellent understanding of metal fastener manufacturing and cold forming principles
·         Ability to develop and manage operating budgets and interpret financial statements and technical reports to support decision making including at a multi-site, global corporation
·         Demonstrated experience investigating and identifying opportunities to improve process, productivity, quality, etc.
·         Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including product development, manufacturing support, LEAN/ improvement initiatives, etc.
·         Working knowledge and experience in metal product design and with the manufacturing environment
·         Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities, and attention to detail
·         Strong mentoring, interpersonal and communication skills
·         Working knowledge of CAD and MRP systems; proficiency with MS Office applications and researching facts and resources
