 We are looking for our Cook

Wage : $ 14/hour (full-time, 37.5hrs/week)

Our Cook will perform the following :

Trim and Handle raw fish

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

Prepare Japanese menu including sushi rolls, tempura, soups and salads, nigiri, sashimi, etc

Inspect and select only the highest quality ingredients in the preparation of menu items

Menu Planning and prepare daily specials

Supervise kitchen helpers

Handle customer complaints with food and suggest alternatives

Ordering and managing inventory

Clean and properly store kitchen utensils for sanitation

Assure and maintain quality and safety of seafood and other dishes

Requirements :

Completion of college level diploma / certificate in Cooking program or minimum 6months experience in the field of cooking

 Korean is an asset

Holding the technical qualification of craftsman cook  is an asset
