We are an established and successful global distribution company with two-dozen staff in four countries. Our business is family-owned and our employees work exceptionally well together as a team. We are looking for someone who can “fit-in” and that someone is a self-starter who is comfortable working to a high standard within a small office environment.

Further, you must:

•be an experienced bookkeeper, with strong skills in Quick-Books to do; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Account Reconciliations and Payroll;

•have advanced skills in Excel, Word/Microsoft Office and Outlook. Knowledge of Google Docs and Sales-force.com is an asset;

•possess a strong command of the English language both written and spoken;

•be fanatical about completing projects. Indeed, if people have ever called you a "completion freak", that would be a huge benefit to us.

•complete your tasks and projects reliably, promptly, accurately and with a helpful attitude.
