  • Proactively contributed to IT automation for reducing manual intervention and globally aligned workflow for improving efficiency and simplification in regards to HR & Sales model & Compensation process
  • Served as AP/JP focal for collecting and analyzing business requirement, building business scenario, functional and roadmap design (Blueworks Live), creating data model, defining solution design, performing functional tests and operational support for incentive team on WW system improvement projects including IPL transformation, iteration of Profit Sharing Plan and deployment of Incentive financial management;
  • Served as AP/JP focal for a 8-month undergoing WW migration project of data analytics tool, Brio to QMF migration project, by utilized Agile way of project management and problem tracking;
