Your role as Internal Key Account Manager

Your working hours are 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri.

The handling of inbound and outbound calls.

Maintaining our database of new and existing customers.

Speaking to industry leaders and business owners that have inquired about our products and services.

Calendar management.

Resourcing and researching companies to better understand our customer’s needs.

Securing and booking appointments for our field sales team.

The tools you will need succeed in your new career

Drive and determination

Strong organizational skills and time keeping

Ability to learn quickly and absorb new processes

Have excellent written and verbal skills

Strong objection handling skills

CRM or SALESFORCE experience desirable

2-3 years Sales experience preferable however we will consider less for the right candidate
