Working as part of a dynamic, results-driven team, you are responsible for leading our CRM initiatives, ensuring that the business solutions meet the needs of the organization. You ensure effective translation of business requirements into technical design specifications, and you provide technical guidance concerning impacts of CRM application changes that are requested by the business. You perform problem management through root cause and trend analysis, and you ensure that the CRM application fully supports business security requirements. You ensure the appropriate installation, configuration and integration in all aspects as it relates to the CRM application.

You have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or other IT related discipline, combined with extensive experience working in a technical functional lead CRM role. You have experience with CRM Application Integration (including Workflow Design, Business Services and Integration Objects).
